Every loaf is handmade by me, with love and care, in my small home micro-bakery.

I use along fermentation process of around 24 hours, with only flour, water, and salt - no preservatives, nothing artificial. This not only enhances the flavor and texture but also offers great benefits such as: easy digestion; better nutrient absorption; richer and more complex taste.

Each bread is crafted with my own hands, bringing you authentic, high-quality sourdough.
